Deleting wiki pages

Hi Uboot.

I just described a bit more on Template:Delete, how that wiki template should be used. If you put {{delete}} or {{d}}, this should be the final decision to delete, and you should replace the entire contents of the page with {{delete}}. In cases where you are not so sure, you might prefer to just use Template:Delete proposal as a label just at the top of the page.

Thanks for your help cleaning up the wiki! I'm in the process of performing an actual delete on some of these pages.

Deleting redirects

I notice you've been busy {{delete}} labelling a lot of redirects contribs ~18th june. We don't have a wiki policy about when to have redirects and when redirects are "wrong" and should be deleted. I think I disagree with deletion of some of them. For example I would say that Myanmar, Antwerp, and Warsaw definately should be redirects. They help users find the wiki page they are looking for. -- Harry Wood 16:44, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
